WTF?!?!?!

I have no idea what is wrong will the previous post and the stupid layout!!! That is not what it looked like when I posted it & I've changed it like 10 times this morning and blogger won't keep the changes! WTF?! Now I'm reminded on why I haven't bothered with posting lately!! Sorry that it looks all funky but it won't let me do anything about it!!

Did you think I disappeared?! I probably would of if I were you but no worries, I'm still here and don't plan on going anywhere for a while! I'm going to blame my lack of posting on our very temper mental Internet and my lack of commenting on your blogs on Internet Explorer...anyone know how I go about getting FireFox on my computer?! Ok, now onto the real reason for this post....

Bump Update

How Far Along: 17 weeks 4 days

Total Weight Gain/Loss: honestly, the word "loss" should not even be on here but that's just my opinion! As far as the gaining part 11 pounds so far.

Maternity Clothes: all pants are maternity and still wearing a mixture of maternity & regular shirts {mostly regular still}

Gender: we have an idea thanks to the ring test but it will be confirmed on July 14th!!

Movement: Feeling little bubbles/butterflies since 15 weeks but not very consistant yet, I can't wait for the "real" kicks!

Sleep: sucks!!! I'm constantly tossing & turning all night long and wake up like 3529547 times a night...however naptime during the day is good!

What I miss: nothing really

Symptoms: none {thank God} and sometimes I don't even feel pregnant!

Cravings: any kind of frozen drink...slushies, smoothies, icees...want them all.the.time.

Best Moment this week: hearing the baby's heartbeat today!! Oh, I can't forget a Keegan quote "when the baby cries at night it is going to wake me up, then I'm going to have to yell your name or daddy's name" guess he will be our baby monitor!

That wasn't so bad....

I can't believe I'm going to say this but camping wasn't that bad considering that I was outside 24/7, slept in a tent, had no tv, raccoons were around our camp site & I got a million mosquito bites {well that part might be a little exaggerated}!!

In all seriousness, as much as I was dreading this camping trip it really turned out to be a great weekend and I'm completely, 100% positive that it is because the weather was so beautiful! It seriously need not feel like June at all....I could have done without the rain but it didn't last too long and we had a canopy to sit under so we didn't actually get wet. Plus, the weather was so nice that I didn't even get hot in the tent at night and I had to turn the fan off because I got cold {note to self: always bring an extra blanket just in case the weather is unusually cool}.

We got to the campsite around 6 on Friday night and got everything all set up right away so we could enjoy the rest of the night sitting around the fire.

Our tent {and Keegan's bike}....it's a lot bigger on the inside than it looks! And I'm just going to add now that I'm sooo happy that I ended up getting that double air mattress, that thing was so comfortable and Ryan even said that it was a lot better than just a regular air mattress {yep, I was right again}.

It stormed late Friday night and rained Saturday morning so we didn't do much then, just kinda sat around doing nothing. Once the rain stopped it & the sun came out Saturday was absolutely beautiful out!! The guys went fishing for awhile and then after lunch we headed to the beach to go swimming & play in the sand.

Keegan absolutely loved camping and didn't want to leave! I have a feeling we will be doing a lot more of it from now on...not sure about the rest of this summer though, unless I'm guaranteed to have amazing weather again!!

The best part about this camping trip {besides seeing Keegan so happy} was that I felt the baby move for the first time!! I've been feeling it more and more since then but still not on a regular basis yet.

Confession Friday

Usually I'm all about it being Friday but today I'm not sure if I should be excited or not because today means we are going camping!! I'm not typically the camping type much less while pregnant in 90 degree weather!! Please say a prayer for me!! I will admit that Keegan is super excited about going which makes it not so bad. Ok, enough of me complaining about camping, let's get to the confessions.

I confess that Keegan has way too many shoes for only being 3 1/2. Seriously, he has 6 pairs of flip flops, 2 pairs of sandals, 4 pairs of tennis shoes, cowboy boots, rain boots, nice black shoes & nice brown shoes....and that doesn't count the couple of pairs that are still too big for him!!

I confess that I took Keegan to the pool for the first time this year the other day and I got a sunburn on my freshly peeled skin from the first sunburn that I got!! Whoops! I was just trying to get rid of the funky tan lines I had on my back/shoulders!!

I confess that I laid in bed last night before I fell asleep thinking about all of the confessions I was going to give today and now I can't think of a single one of them.

I confess that if you were to stop by my house at any given time within the last two days you would have seen Keegan in nothing but his underwear. He kept saying he wasn't ready to get dressed and that wasn't a battle I wanted to fight!

I confess that I haven't even started on the next post about our vacation yet! =/ It's just so time consuming with having to upload all of those pictures and I haven't had the motivation to do it yet....who knows when I will get them up, maybe by the end of the summer?!

I confess that I just realized that the saying in the header is missing a word!! It should say "the ups, the downs and everything in between as we figure out our way through life"....whoops!! And it only took me how many months to figure that out?!

I confess that every single time I get an email about some awesome sale going on at Children's Place or Crazy 8 it makes me wish I knew what baby P is even more!! I can't wait to start shopping!!

I confess that I'm super excited that my mom will be in town in July & I just might be able to get my ultrasound done while she is here so she can see baby too!!

I confess that I can't find my old memory stick for my camera!! I changed it in the car on the way to the airport before we left for Disneyland and I have no idea where the old one is!! I'm starting to think that it got thrown away with the Target bag somehow....and to top it off it had a ton of pictures on it that I never downloaded onto the computer!! Guess we won't ever see the pictures from Easter 2011!! =/

Ok, that's enough from me today!! I have lots to do before we actually leave so I need to get my butt up off the chair and actually be productive today!!
