pick your battles

As a parent you are always told to pick your battles with your kids, some things just aren't worth fighting over. For example, something like this:

 

Not worth the battle! If you want to look like an 80 year old man and wear shorts with tall grey& red socks pulled all.the.way. up, then so be it!! 

{side note: please pay no attention to my nasty kitchen floor, I promise it is clean, it just never looks like it!}
